The CN-SIGMA International Leadership Development Certificate Program is a five-course, 100-lesson professional training sequence designed to develop capable, ethical, strategic, and human-centered leaders. The program begins with the personal foundations of responsible leadership and progressively advances into team development, strategic decision-making, organizational change, executive responsibility, public leadership, and global leadership practice. Students examine leadership through classical philosophy, Eastern and Western strategic thought, modern organizational theory, public-service experience, behavioral science, conflict resolution, and practical workplace application.
