jkavajecz@cn-sigma-int.comJames holds a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Arizona State University, a Master of Legal Studies in Conflict Resolution and Sustainability Law from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, and an M.A. in International Affairs and Leadership from ASU. With over 25 years of experience spanning legal consulting, international custody and divorce matters, immigration, business development, and negotiations, James brings a rare interdisciplinary depth to every engagement. His background also includes work in biochemical engineering and pharmacology, grounding his analytical approach in rigorous scientific method. He leads CN-SIGMA's Foggy Bottom Branch, overseeing policy analysis, legal investigations, and conflict-resolution support.
Samantha Cruz
Founding Partner | Director, Granite Point Branch
scruz@cn-sigma-int.comSamantha brings over 10 years of experience in real estate across Virginia, Texas, and Minnesota, with deep expertise in property consulting and investment strategy. She is currently pursuing her J.D. in Conflict Resolution and Sustainability Law. Samantha leads CN-SIGMA's Granite Point Branch, where she directs work involving sustainability, housing stability, Veterans Affairs, domestic policy, and social-assistance programs. Her human-first approach and on-the-ground expertise make her an essential force for clients navigating complex community and housing matters.
