James Joseph Kavajecz
Founding Partner | Director, Foggy Bottom Branch
James J. Kavajecz leads CN-SIGMA International's Foggy Bottom Branch, directing work in policy analysis, legal investigations, negotiations, and conflict-resolution support. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Arizona State University, an MLS in Conflict Resolution and Sustainability Law from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, and an M.A. in International Affairs and Leadership from Arizona State University. With over 25 years of experience in legal consulting, international custody and divorce proceedings, immigration matters, business development, and negotiations, James brings a multidisciplinary foundation that includes a background in biochemical engineering and pharmacology.
Samantha Cruz
Founding Partner | Director, Granite Point Branch
Samantha Cruz leads CN-SIGMA International's Granite Point Branch, directing work in sustainability, housing, Veterans Affairs, domestic policy, and social-assistance programs. With over 10 years of real estate experience across Virginia, Texas, and Minnesota, she serves as the firm's lead for property and investment consulting. Samantha is currently pursuing a J.D. in Conflict Resolution and Sustainability Law.
