Organizational Conflict Intervention and Reform Plan

Students respond to a simulated organization experiencing departmental rivalry, leadership distrust, employee complaints, turnover, communication failures, and resistance to change. They must distinguish matters suitable for mediation from those requiring investigation, discipline, policy review, or external professional referral.
