Mawduucyada muhiimka ah

Organizational Leadership and Change Management is a 20-lesson advanced course focused on leading institutions, departments, businesses, agencies, nonprofit organizations, and complex professional systems through change. The course examines the relationship between leadership behavior, organizational culture, policies, incentives, communication, workforce expectations, institutional history, and operational performance. Students learn why organizational problems cannot always be resolved by correcting individual employees. Some conflicts and failures are created or maintained by unclear systems, inconsistent policies, fragmented authority, inadequate resources, competing incentives, poor communication, or cultures that discourage responsibility and honest feedback. The course explores organizational culture, systems thinking, change readiness, stakeholder engagement, employee resistance, restructuring, communication planning, policy implementation, organizational conflict, institutional trust, ethics and compliance, succession planning, innovation, learning organizations, and long-term transformation. Students compare classical concepts of governance and responsibility with modern organizational and change-management thinkers.
