Leadership Core and Fundamentals is the foundational 20-lesson course in the CN-SIGMA International Leadership Development Certificate Program. The course introduces leadership as a professional responsibility rather than merely a title, position, personality type, or exercise of authority. Students examine the character, judgment, habits, values, and interpersonal practices that form the foundation of responsible leadership.
