International Negotiation and Peacebuilding Framework
Students respond to a fictional regional conflict involving neighboring states, minority communities, armed actors, resource disputes, displaced populations, foreign investment, international organizations, and humanitarian concerns. They must design both an immediate negotiation strategy and a long-term implementation framework.
